A Non-Competitive Herbal Game?
For Christmas we received a surprise package from a dear friend. Enclosed was an herbal board game. The game not only boasted learning about herbs, but it also touted that it was non-competitive. How can a non-competitive game be won? It's won when everyone is back to grandma's house of course. Even if you are back already, your turns are used as a way to help all of the other players. Beware, along the way things can happen, like getting blister or a bee sting, or worse yet diarrhea. Thankfully the herbal cures are listed on your card and you or other friends can help cure you of your aliment. After all, who wants to end up with diarrhea for the length of the whole hike? So from Grandma's house you head up the mountain to the huckleberry patch, collect huckleberries and held on back down before the sun goes down. The game is delightful, educational, and teaches teamwork. We love it! Thank you Dave!
